If you have knowledge of HTML and want a medium solution for easy updating then a PHP site is the way to go. This PHP package does not come with a database to store information. It's a pure site intended for easy editing, updating, and maintenence by either yourself, someone in your company, or even have TCD be the maintainer. PHP websites have a lower maintenance and update cost but larger initial cost. If you plan on having a website for many years then a PHP based site is the way to go.
